Ensign Indicator Scripts

you will receive your ensign indicator scripts via email at the end of each month when the date code changes OR any time there is an update made. attached to that email you will find 2 files: TacTrade1.spt TacTrade2.lib - these files must be saved to your ensign | espl directory.

To RUN the ESPL script programs do the following - OR run the script loading viewlet IF you need additional help. the viewlet will also show you how to save indicators placed on a chart as a template.

1) Load TacTrade1.spt into the ESPL editor window
2) Click the 'Run' button
3) Open a Chart
4) Click the 'Run' button from the main Ensign Windows TOOLBAR and then click on the indicator button to apply the studies to the chart

Ensign Color Ball - Alert

note: save all templates to your ensign | template directory [do be aware that these studies can be saved as templates HOWEVER the espl ensign indicators can't].

ticki color ball - alert template: tickialert

this template should add a hidden $ticki overlay to a chart AND add ticki high/ticki low color ball - text alert. on the bar after the alert - the text message will be removed BUT the color ball will remain.

Ensign Color Bars

IF you want to place color bars on a $ticki / $prem chart at a specific level

you do this by applying a simple moving average of 1 period WITH a study mode of zones - then set the zone level to be the number that you want to trigger your color bar. below is how to set a ticki high color bar to turn green @ 22 /red @ -22 [click to enlarge].

note: ensign cannot save a line as part of a template so it will have to be added manually. BUT the lines will be saved on the chart so you will be able to adjust the properties for that line by opening the draw line properties AND changing the price where you want that line to be - this will be something that is necessary for $prem since the levels change each day.

IF you want to place color bars on an es chart using the ticki overlay data BUT not plotting ticki

setup your ticki overlay as shown in the property windows below - then applying the ticki template above will give you the color bars on your futures chart.

note: i set the premium levels in the template to +250 / -250 - you will need to change the properties each day for the appropriate premium buy/sell levels as posted on the daily update web page.
